Beyond my expectation! I bought some screwdriver bills on its website. I have to say the quality is beyond my expectation but the delivery is not below the average, they said they are on the way to solving it! They changed my view of "made in china"!

Try some sample and I think I like it I saw their ads on Facebook about oscillating saw blades samples for free. I went ahead and get the samples itself for free, but with a $6.99 shipping. It took about 6 days to arrive. The blades are good, and I am wishing if they can let me try more with no shipping cost. Besides that, I am pleased.

A FORWARD THINKING COMPANY I saw an add for this company on a Social Media site, after going to their website and looking at all of their products I was very pleased. Also on their website I saw an offer to Beta test their products!!! I was a little skeptical but I figured "why not", so I filled out the online form and a couple weeks later I got their tools. Now there is a short list of products to choose from , you make your selection and you get an email telling you what you will be getting. The quality of the product I can't say enough about, I received the Four-Stage drill bits.

Exceptional socket and driver set. Helpful customer service. Sockets fit both metric and standard/SAE/inch nuts and bolt-heads (as well as other shapes). Drivers include both metric and standard hex/L/Allen keys (as well as other shapes). Remarkable. Had an issue with the ratchet in the wrench giving way under moderate torque, particularly in the loosen direction. Contacted customer support who, after a delay due to a holiday, were very responsive and made things right by replacing the defective wrench.

No response from Toolant I ordered two rolls of sand paper in early December. One roll arrived within a few days, the other roll has still not arrived five weeks later. I have sent Toolant three e-mails about this problem, but have not received a reply to any of the e-mails.
