GBTotal Scam - DO NOT USE Purchased 2 43' containers for a total of $9,000.00, after money was paid on the invoice, company reached out saying the price went up and we had to pay in order to receive containers. We requested to cancel for our money back which was accepted. After that, communication completely dropped. It has been almost 2 months now and no money has been returned to us. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE.

GBOrder Number 2272 Order Number: #2272,Ordered on: Aug 2, 2021, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..... Bought initially a 40ft high capacity container, took my money then 1 week later they tell me it's not available. I ask for money back when they want an additional $1,200. Their sales, Arielle, said it would take 10 days for refund, which goes by and no refund. Call Arielle up and she says she has found a container ready, so desperate for a container I pay the $1,200. No communications, except for a few emails about waiting for a sales release. No one picks up phone nor emails it's it's been 15 days. SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Will be reporting to BBB and talk to the local police in Tennessee plus I will report Arielle on her LinkedIn account. Have canceled my order awaiting refund. It's been 4 weeks and no refund, cannot get in contact with this single person scam outfit. Seems the only way left is to file a police report and try to go thru small claims court.

GBGood prices Good prices, easy to deal with, great delivery. A bit lax on communication, but overall I would use them again, I'm very happy with the 2, 20' containers I purchased.

GBGreat condition and excellent customer service The unit arrived in excellent condition. Well worth the premium for a one trip container. This particular unit had not one single ding or dent that I could find, paint in great condition, interior nicely finished with no scuffs or gouges. As an aside, Arielle was able to expedite delivery to a much sooner date than expected and Jose placed the unit exactly where we wanted it. Really well done guys!
