They won't ship my part and there is no way to contact them Ordered a part we needed through Amazon. It was never shipped and they won't answer their phone. Their voice mail is full and I need to cancel my order. We ended up just going to the manufacturer. They don't seem to be a very good company.

Beware tradesmen Beware tradesmen. Ordered Ridgid product 11/30/20 from Empire Rigging and Supply through Amazon and 12/30/20 still nothing. Very disappointing.

Very simple to find desired items and… Very simple to find desired items and processing purchase. The items haven't delivered yet but if they arrive in a timely fashion (and I have no reason to think otherwise) I would highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to supply their operations.
