GBcontents of order was incorrect… contents of order was incorrect (although invoice that came with it was correct. Phoned and had no problems over the phone with the change, however I did expect an email to say that they had organised and uplift and with which courier etc. A guy in a van just turned up one day out the blue to deliver and uplift without any warning, luckily I was just up the street. Some information or warning would be appreciated if it happens again

GBAwful service refusal to issue guarantee Awful service. Products were used and they have not issued a guarantee due to a 'transition' to Bostik. No information provided. Avoid at all costs until the situation is resolved.

GBHighly recommended. We used Sovereign SX70 on new hardwood sash windows when we built the house seven years ago. The SX70 finish is only now starting to show signs of needing attention in a few areas such as the sharp edges of beading. We are in a rural exposed environment so the SX70 has lasted very well indeed. After a clean and very light sanding I will apply another coat this year. SX70 is far more durable than paint and much easier to maintain.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS! Half finished job and ignoring us! Hired a Sovereign approved contractor to project manage our renovation. He was absolutely appalling and basically stole at least £50k of our money, so we removed him from the job. He left the basement tanking half complete (but still managed to invoice us for the full amount) so we contacted Sovereign in the hope that they could help us finish it off, only to find out that the local area manager was actually a friend of the contractor we had removed and would not be assisting us further. Unbelievable he even put this in a text message to us! We cannot get hold of anyone in Customer Care and the local area manager is blanking our calls so we have no idea how to finish this job off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
