GBGreedy Institution I have had the worst experience with financial aid about releasing funds that ultimately I have to pay off. The information given to me seemed to contradict information from each of the people I talked to and was not relevant to my specific situation. Not only that but they had me retake classes because it was part of a different state. The classes I retook were the same and even the assignments were the same. Overall the school has taken more than enough money from me and I haven’t gotten a true education from them.

GBMy last class had a very engaged… My last class had a very engaged instructor. She left comments specifically citing my assignments. I don't like instructors who leave default scripted comments

GBI'm proud to be a student of the University of Phoenix. My laptop broke and I didn't have a way to get one when I let my instructor know she immediately went to looking for a way to help me get a new one. Someone else from the University contacted me and they are sending me a laptop so that I can finish getting my degree. The University of Phoenix has worked with me on several things. I lost my little brother and was in a state of depression so I didn't do anything school-wise. But as soon as I contacted my instructor they worked with me and I got to finish all of my school work and get caught up. There's not a lot of places school-wise that will work with you as well as the University of Phoenix does. I'm proud to be a student there.

GBIf I knew before I started what I know… If I knew before I started what I know now, I would have gone to another school to start with. This school wasted my time and money with unnecessary classes by people I'm not even sure are actual teachers. I just tried to get a copy of my transcripts for another school and big surprise, the company they are using to get the transcripts from doesn't work. If you are thinking of going here, don't. Especially if you are military. The VA has an agreement with them that you only get credit for 29 out of 35 days of class.

GBMy experience In a Nutshell My experience with University of Phoenix has been a good one. I've learned a lot and actually managed to not conflict much with my daily schedules. This is a wonderful learning environment (online). You don't necessarily learn at your own pace but you don't have a lot of freedom offered to you that you don't typically get on-campus. I just pray one day they offer Work From Home jobs that students can do to earn money and experience(s) while attending.
