If I could give a 0 star rating I would as this place convinces you that it cares about you as a student and goes through a lot of hoops to do so. Unfortunately if you end up misunderstanding the way your employer pays for school as mine was previously a reimbursement then transitioned to a letter of credit without my knowledge WGU is now unwilling to take the letter of credit and reimburse the amount I paid via credit card. They have essentially told me to 'kick rocks you gave us your money already' and I have multiple e-mails and screenshots to prove this if necessary. Will I continue schooling here? Yes - only because I've already started. Will I recommend a place like this to anyone else in the future? Absolutely not.
