I finally feel like I am on the right path with my goals, setting up my systems and learning how to maximize my 80/20 strategy.

Hands Down The Best Program Out There I have gained so much knowledge being a part of the 8020 Investor Academy. I had no idea where to start building my business and Dan and his team have given me the blueprint to build a successful business. Dan and his team have created a great little family inside the academy and I continue to learn and grow from everyone. If you don't know where to start with your business or you have a business but no structure then this is the place to go.

Excellent Mastermind/Academy for Real Estate Investors This academy has helped me think about my business in a whole different way and helped me with systemizing key elements of my business. It covers almost everything in real estate from A to Z. Below are some things that I can quickly list with regards to how being a part of this academy has helped my business. 1. Intro to video recording software 2. Documenting SOPs 3. List Management 4. Brainstorming new ideas about recycling marketing. Talking with the other investors in the group helped me figure things out. I have to be honest and say that I still have a way to go to systemize my business but I will get there slowly but surely. It just takes time and effort and working through things. Dan Schwartz, the CEO of the Academy, is the man!!
