Worst company ever wish I would of read… Worst company ever wish I would of read reviews before I sold my books they claimed one of my books never made it when both of the book where together in the same package it’s no way they got one without the other !! PLEASE DONT SELL BOOKS TO THIS COMPANY !!

Avoid selling your books here Had to send several messages, including threats just to receive a reply. Bad customer service, also extremely slow processing. I am still waiting for my payment after over three weeks. Edit: The reply from this business asserts that any positive review published on TrustPilot is “bought”. My reviews are honest, I will write the exact same thing whether it’s through Yelp, here, or elsewhere. You give poor service, you receive bad feedback. You give great service, you receive positive feedback. Simple as that. They finally paid me, but my review is final. Wow, how fast they replied to a bad review, when they couldn’t reply for days to their customer!

Stole my book!!! I sent two books to textbook maniac. They emailed me informing me they didn’t receive the expensive book and have adjusted the total to the cheap one. I packaged both my books in the same box with the packing slip as the directions say. They have a great scheme going over there. I contacted the company and they say that they have many people check the boxes and cannot do anything. This is stealing!!! I have sold books through various other companies and never had any issues especially like this!

I just sent them a buyback on 12/3 and… I just sent them a buyback on 12/3 and tracked it and said it would be delivered to them today. Got an alert that said at 2:48pm that said "delivery attempted- no access to delivery location". I so wish I would have checked the reviews before I sent out my buyback I got a strong feeling I'm not going to get my money. What business isn't available during business hours? Not to mention I just discovered there is no way to contact Textbook Maniac about. Guess I'll sit on my hands and hope that dont take advantage of me how I'm predicting. Omg

Theyll steal your books and say theyre… Theyll steal your books and say theyre severely damaged then hold them hostage for a $4 shipping charge. Dont sell here, youll just lose your stuff or your money. Reply from Textbook Manic (AKA Textbook Crooks): "Maybe it was damaged in transit." The book was packed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and sent off in good condition. Yet somehow it arrived with "severe damage with staining and water wrinkling." Either TM needs to find themselves a better shipper that won't leave packages out in the rain or they are crooks who stole my book, got out of paying me $50, & got to re-sell the book for a hefty markup. Burn your old textbooks before you let these people steal yours for a profit.
