Looks much better in ads Received the package within two weeks. Projector was yellow instead of pink. Did NOT receive a tripod as promised. Quality and sound could be better but my teenager still likes it as she doesn’t have space for a tv in her room. For sound she connects her AirPods and she doesn’t mind the quality of the picture. Only gave one star as we were annoyed with the colour and no tripod. I would invest in a better quality projector if it were for myself.

Product is junk and return is impossible Product is junk , the scam is then to run down the clock in terms of the returns period of 15 days by just answering emails requesting the return info with pointless questions. You cannot send back until they give you an address and only way to get this is via their support email who never give it. It’s just a scam

I was initially drawn to their discounts, free tripod and satisfaction guarantee. After not going through my usual product research test, I decided to hurry up and buy it because it had easy returns and a money back guarantee.

I do not recommend this company Their returns policy says you can return items within 15 days without fees, but in reality they do not allow you to do this. You have to pay for the return which is the same price as the product so it’s not worth it. Generally an awful company to deal with. Customer service is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, shouting via emails and getting emotional. No tracking numbers given, and no accurate confirmation of what was shipped. Takes ages to get a reply and they don’t answer direct questions. Purposely make the experience a pain so you give up. A lot of unnecessary stress and time wasted.
