Good, not great. Overall it works well as a resource but the one issue is that often coach contacts are up to date when comparing mens vs women's coaches and this would help greatly.

Terrible service Terrible service. Cancelled it 2 monthes ago and we are still being charged. Keep getting same response that they sent email to that department and waiting on response. Do not do this service.

Double-charged! No cust serv response Signed up two weeks ago and was immediately charged twice. Email response stated refund department was looking into it snd I’d receive response. Shouldn’t take two weeks. I hate auto-pay subscriptions. This is making me more leery of this site

Disappointed. Payment was taken for the last 4 months, but we have no access to the account. At first the service was good, but it has been a disaster for us for the last 4 months. no help has been provided. I'm very disappointed. I have been paying but have no access to the account. I feel robbed. Coaches are trying to reach my daughter, but there's no access to messages for months and no matter how much help I request, our access has been forbidden since December 2023.
