Instructor is very available I didn't know exactly what to expect when I was looking at different pharmacy tech courses. I was surprised by how engaged the instructor was in this course. I had frequent dialogue, both in real time/talking out loud during online meetings, and by writing messages through the course messaging system, with the instructor. He responded to everything with kindness, professionalism, and punctuality. I felt like the course material was well structured as well, so you could get a good understanding of the material without having to talk to the instructor if you don't prefer to have to "speak in class" so to say, but if you ever do have a question, I was very impressed with how available the instructor was.

This course is helpful I pretty enjoy this course. Everything is clear to me. Actually I bought a book and tried to study by myself before, but found out I was still confused and not confident to take the PTCE. This course explains and organizes the material clearly and systematically. I feel I have a better understanding regarding the role of a pharmacy technician. Thanks!

Awesome course for learning about pharmacy technician Really enjoyed this course. This course is very informational and like how they have videos and PowerPoints which you can follow along. There are practice tests after every section which is good practice in order to learn the information taught. This course is flexible and you can finish on your own time which I really enjoyed. If your wanting to take a pharmacy tech course you should take this one.
