This was a great class This was a great class! The instructor was organized, very easy to understand and taught us so many things. At first, when I was just reading the manual, I was worried I wouldn't grasp certain parts of the program. That was not an issue at all! I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to fine tune their Microsoft Word abilities.

Great instructor ....Great School I had a very good experience with two courses at CTS. One for A+ and the other for Network + , luckily both with the same instructor Jo Escotal. What I loved about Jo is the way he teaches. He is very passionate and breaks down the material in a way that helps you understand it with ease. He is also very patient and easy going when you asked him questions. The school itself had a very supportive staff and would definitely apply again for more classes.

Excellent teaching and support I passed the CISSP exam. The exam is challenging. The instructor was very knowledgeable… The instructor was very knowledgeable on the topic. He was able to answer all questions to satisfaction. There were topics covered in excel that I was not even aware existed. It was great to see how expansive and helpful excel can be when trained.
