Fantastic, real life experience Really a 4.5/5. This negative 1/2 is due to the course and work being entirely virtual. That personal touch of in-person interactions would have made it even better. Being able to do various levels of work was very beneficial, but at times it seemed like there was too much going on, particularly earlier on. Once you go through the assigned list of companies in the 'deal flow', it becomes easier. Time management is essential, and so is knowing all of the correct terms and phrases. Overall, I see this helping me land a job in VC/PE very soon!

The VU program is great way to jump into VC at all levels The VU program has been an amazing opportunity to learn and be fully engaged in the VC process. Being a late career move, I was looking for a way into a VC path but it was a challenge to see how and where to jump in at the right level. Working within the VU program has proven to be a great springboard to learn while also leveraging past management and technology consulting experience. The diversity of education and experience levels across the VU team embraces the value everyone brings to the table. The VC immersion, networking and relationships you build is a path for all levels. The daily mentoring from great industry leaders like Aakash, Skyler and Andrew is outstanding. A great career decision and no turning back now!

Amazing experience at VU! The VU program gave us the opportunity to learn the business of venture capital from the ground up and armed us with the tools needed to hit the ground running in the industry. Excellent Network & High quality Academic Content What sets Venture University apart for me from any of the other courses that I have in the past attended is... (1) the influential network that I have become part of, as well as (2) the high quality and practical academic content that I have been exposed to, whilst at the same time (3) gaining insight and learning from the practical experiences of some of the top GP's in the VC industry. The time I spent at VU is of immense value to me and I can recommend it to anyone interested in joining the VC/PE industry.
