I am satisfied with the class I am satisfied with the class. Though the class started 30 minutes late on the first day, all the topics were covered in details by day 4. Solving the simulation now and hoping to take the test in 3 weeks.

Updated with exam passing The 4-day class was excellent. The instructor (Clif Conner) was always on time and recapped the materials at the end of each modules. Taking the time to review questions with us. He kept us engaged throughout the course even though it was a virtual class. He shared his relevant work experience and knowledge to help the students understand the materials. The PanLearn support team did a great job as well. Everything I emailed them, they quickly responded to all of my inquiries. I would definitely take another course with PanLearn. With PanLearn training, I passed the exam month and half later. I would like to give a shout out to Alex Matthew, he has provided excellent customer service.
