Collaboration - Learning Material Very helpful videos, easily accessible, and short tutorial videos help a lot. It is great to see the videos that seems to have lot of learning material in order to make it a great educational experience for students. There really is nothing missing here but still you have access to teacher for any questions in your mind. Well-done..!

Voicebootcamp is one of the few places… Voicebootcamp is one of the few places I would say more attached to. I did my AWS course and certification over there. There is a lot of perks studying there. Main thing is hands-on experience. What ever we study we do extensive labs to be thorough. They have there own data center where we can do experiments. I also did my course in Cisco voice over there. The main attractive course is Cisco Voice with heavy lab we can experience live voice labs. The staffs are nice , cooperative and well knowledgeable. Contact Center Beginner I started this course with no prior knowledge of Contact Center both Enterprise and Packaged editions, after completing the course I now have a good understanding of the product and will be able to build on it. Learning Training limitations hi all, i feel that when i initially purchased the study course my intention was to be able to study where ever and when ever time permits. If i'd known i can only access with internet access i would have not made the purchase.
