It would also be good advertising that his book’s readers pays for. The word of mouth and social proof would be amazing. That’s off course if it’s true. If it’s not true then one of the powers that shouldn’t be would shut him down or a class action lawsuit would. But on the other hand the powers that shouldn’t be might hide stuff that works better than their solutions. So they could shut him down while he is actually helpful. So who knows? 🤷♀️ Interesting to note is that the 1 star ⭐️ reviews are from people who didn’t have the money so they didn’t use the program. So their reviews might be more a reflection of their negative emotions than it is from negative experience. Hopefully they can figure it out themselves. Hopefully Dylan put a book or audio home study course together that’s well in reach of those who make less than $1700 per month. The other ⭐️ ⭐️ 2+ stars was from people who actually did the course. You are well loved 🙋♂️

GBI sleep and exercise normally now!! ! I have really had great success with this program after years of going from doctor to doctor and developing a dependence on Ambien for 5 years I no longer need it. It didn’t happen overnight but I slept 8 hours last night! I have more energy, understand my body and mind better. The team is very supportive. I feel this is the concierge/advice -like service for me and my busy life. Dr. Dylan is a sponge 🧽 f a crazy amount of info!! Bonus- I love Dylan’s sense of humor.

GBBest use of my healthcare dollars! I joined Optimal Circadian Health coaching after struggling for over a year with debilitating fatigue associated with autoimmune illness. By that point, I gave up hope of having a normal life and just wanted to be able to function enough to get through my day and meet the bare minimum requirements of work and parenting obligations. Within 3 weeks on the program, I started waking up rested after only 6-7 hours of sleep (I previously needed at least 9 and still woke up exhausted and depleted). GBOptimal Circadian Health I came to Dylan at Optimal Circadian Health with a whole host of issues from chronic fatigue to a number of gut problems. I could never seem to fix the issues myself and after going from doctor to doctor with the "everything is normal" results, I decided to give Dylan and his program a try. Within the first week or so, I started to see improvements in my sleep and my energy levels. Between the weekly check-ins and the informative videos, I always seem to find the answer to my questions or concerns. Dylan even took time to review lab results and put my mind at ease.
