Once they have a response, they use message headers to spoof you to gain entry to other sites and / or own yours. This is not spam. This is phishing. Scan message headers, report to ISP, locate authentic send-from address and report to email provider. Keep reporting to ISP/ email / abuse @ *everything until this entity is removed from the web.

I got a request from Trustpilot to review my review because the "client" ("Eric Jones") thinks that I gave them a bad review by mistake (mistaken identity) and if I could please correct my review and/or indicate order number etc. As if I would even think of ordering something from such an annoying institution. Of course, it must be mistaken identity - same as all the other reviewers who all (99% of them) gave the same awful review.

In my contact form it asks what search engine did you use to find us, Eric says: Ffnbyzsubelr What is your postcode Eric says: Ffnbyzsubelr That says it all for me, why would you even consider even replying to this junk?

When I called them to put a stop to it, two different customer service reps hung up on me. Time for a state AG Office to file a lawsuit. Turning them over in the State of Missouri Right Now.

No way to send a message without filling out full contact form. Requested a call back, got return automated robo call telling me to view demo video on his website. WHY WOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH "TALKWITHCUSTOMER" WHEN I CAN'T TALK WITH THAT COMPANY? Sent TWENTY THREE REQUESTS FOR UNSUBSCRIPTION, but still receiving his spam 1-2 times PER DAY. Can not get him to stop spamming our customer contact forms no matter how hard we try.
