Their customer service is middlin' and their reliability could use some improvement. However, if you're in a pinch, they'll help you out in a pinch. Overall, Mediocre, I wouldn't recomend using them unless you really can't find anything else.

I Highly Recommend Rooted!!! I highly recommend Rooted. The CBD Dog Treats are great. I started giving the treats to my dog because she is older and she was having issues with her knees, we started giving her the CBD treats from Rooted and she is back to being a happy pup. Would recommend Recommend Rooted CBD pellets for horses! Our horse has a variety of issues (osteoarthritis, anxiety and stifle injury) and it seems to be helping with all of them.

Love that Balm! Great quality CBD products! The balm is awesome.... I have used it on multiple sore muscles and joints and always pleasantly surprised with the relief I get. Last night I used it on my throbbing bunion and was asleep in about 10 minutes! The tincture has also been so helpful during this stressful Pandemic.

The balm is the bomb! CBD you can trust! Rooted's products have 0% THC which is great for anyone who is drug tested for work. I use the tincture on evenings when I'm having a hard time going to sleep. It definitely takes the edge off and relaxes me. I'm a BIG fan of the lavender balm, the smell is distinct and invigorating! It's a solid moisturizer for the face too, I prefer it over lotion. I also use it on my beard to tame/style it. I find it provides a cleaner look when I go to the office which is nice! I find myself using it more often than my actual beard balms, definitely a staple in my morning routine. I'm looking forward to exploring other uses in the future!
