Love MEC for CE! Andrew Conner is a fabulous educator! He kept us engaged and made the time pass quickly. I learned so many things to implement! He also did a great job with discussing changes in our industry and making sure we understood what that means. Gave us resources, advice, and overall, a new perspective on helping customers!

Well worth it! I took the 3 day course which required long hours but the instructor Jon made the class fly by. He kept it interesting with his personal stories and jokes. It is a lot of material to grasp within the 3 days but Jon did a great job explaining things and answering our questions along the way. Will definitely recommend.
