I wish I'd taken this class 5 years ago; happy I took it now! The class material exceeded expectation in quality and was well organized into digestible chunks. The guest speakers were high quality and very accessible. The class organizers did a good job of making the synchronous classes productive and social. The networking opportunities, mentorship, and peer connections are high value.

Awesome learning experience The Learning for Action course was awesome. It gave a comprehensive overview of a range of aspects relating to climate change that due to the structure of the course allowed you to dive as deeply into a subject as you wanted or were able to. With a range of online and async classes a huge amount was covered over the 12 weeks and lifetime access means that you can keep going back to the classes where you want to refresh your knowledge or get a more comprehensive view on things than time allowed (the classes have extensive optional links for you to follow).

💡Content and 😎 Community The Terra.do LFA program gave me a holistic overview of climate change, but it wasn't just an information dump - the course offered me actionable steps that I could immediately begin to apply to my local context. The community and instructors are incredible and I love that I can always access the course material.

Good primer for Climate Action - Understanding the basics The program has very good material for someone who wants to get a glimpse of the issue. It opens ones mind to so many possibilities to collaborate. There definitely are a number of Aha moments. Best is that its available for life. Word of Caution - It is quite intense and demanding and can be quite overwhelming at times. For someone who is doing a full time job and is getting back to an academic environment after decades, it can be quite a stretch. But its worth it, if you have time and seriously want to understand some concepts, build a network, collaborate and land a job in the advanced world. Would recommend it to someone who has 3 months to dedicate for it, money to spare and is seriously considering a shift into Climate Action space.
