I found your classes easy to use and I… I found your classes easy to use and I never had a problem with not getting to where I had to go. Some of the content was very tedious to read and boring. I realize you have to include certain facts but I wanted more content about the Real Estate experience for Buyers and Sellers instead of Dates of this Bill passed, etc. I found the 6 Classes I needed to be very long but here again I know we have to have so many hours. Your Company really seems to have it altogether for making it easy for us to get on and off because it does take some time to get all classes finished. Getting our Certificates was also very easy to print. All in all I rated your company very well.

Material was presented well. Material was presented well and questions were not asking too much of memorization of non-essential info. Your said Fair housing was a challenge to write and it was one to get through......too many government entities doing much of the same thing. :-) Questions were good though and not too taxing. Our particular area is rural and much less of an issue here. Thank you!

The classes were easy to read and… The classes were easy to read and enjoyed the video recaps quizzes to prepare you for the final exam. Everything I needed to complete my continuing education!

Easy to follow but... The courses are laid out very well--easy to follow, overall allows me to read at my own pace, beyond the short videos that are timed, easy to pick up right where you left off, case studies which help with clarifying information. Sadly, there is what I consider propaganda throughout ("climate change", "DEI" etc.)

Empire refresher course I thought these courses were very useful and helpful. They help instill what is really important for a Real estate agent. I particularly enjoyed the Property management class. I thought the organizational forms (to create) was a great added touch. It gave structure and something concrete to use in management of a property.
