GBKaplan is very informative… Kaplan is very informative and set me up for success with the NCLEX-RN national exam. I am so grateful to have enrolled and participated in this program during nursing school. The only issue I ran into frequently was when I needed to take Q-bank questions; my screen 5/7 days of the week would show an error screen with the Kaplan customer service team number. I would change browsers from Google Chrome to Safari and the issue would still present itself. After troubleshooting, the issue would be resolved temporarily— only to show up again the next day. Not sure why that was the case in my experience.

GBLSAT Teachers Ged is a truly incredible teacher. You can tell how much he cares about his students, and he always finds an engaging and creative way to present information. He makes showing up to class a pleasure. And outside of class, his methods of teaching have really stayed with me as I study. Anne is also wonderful in the Q&A. Always so kind, helpful, thorough, and quick to respond. I'm very grateful for this teaching duo.

GBPam was our instructor for the Kaplan… Pam was our instructor for the Kaplan NCLEX review course and was amazing! Not only did she provide tips and tricks to being successful, she provided a sense of comfort, confidence, and strength that I CAN DO THIS! She made herself very available to reach out to during my studying process and even after the NCLEX is taken! I highly recommend taking this course and having these tools in your toolbox to success!

IDLack of engagement The Kaplan online material, especially for the GRE, is great. It helps me a lot in understanding the GRE. However, I would suggest that Kaplan be more careful in selecting the instructor for live teaching. Both the GRE quantitative and verbal tutors, as well as the TOEFL iBT tutor, delivered the teaching so monotonously. They never let the students ask or interact during class, and they never mentioned the students' real names; they just said, "Someone in the chat room asked this and that".
