Didn't get credit for the course taken… Didn't get credit for the course taken tonight! Paid for the course, watched the entire 2 hours, passed test, then was not able to receive certificate. Site wouldn't even allow me to access the test to take again although the screen "take test" button was available.

I was helped by the customer service… I was helped by the customer service department. I had made a mistake with registration and it required several emails and 1 conversation to help me coordinate an excellent solution. It did take some time and I had even forgotten about the situation. One morning I received an email with the goods news that my problem had been resolved. I really enjoy Summit Education courses and the staff is great 👍.

Location was perfect Location was perfect. Instructor was brilliant. Signing in and out was a lot easier. I could just punch the 6 digit code in and that was it. More courses in savannah would be nice 👍🙂
