This way you’re fully prepped to start as a host. My CSM Joshua Patterson is awesome and keeps you accountable. There are also plenty of live events to interact with the coaches and ask them plenty of questions. Every is eager to help you succeed.

GBGreat experience already seeing some progress Best team of people i've worked with so far. I've tried other types of programs that used like facebook pages for their communities and promised follow ups then didn't do it. So, I had some nerves about joining and I also didn't know much about short term rentals when I started. But their consultants, program, and even the other students answered the questions I had that were causing me to doubt like how to talk to the landlords and how to assess good locations. So, I started prospecting after getting my head right and found a few people interested already. It's like any business, you take a step forward and figure out what comes up.. but honestly I don't know that i'd be taking action this early if I didn't join because i'd been thinking about this since last year lol. Anyway, just dropping my two cents because I felt they deserve it. Even talked to my mom about them cause she has property.

GBThe program is pretty detailed and a… The program is pretty detailed and a lot of different coaches hold AMA(ask me anything) questions help demonstrate step by step process to find, evaluate and finalize deals. You also get a accountability executive (Stephanie Cho in my case) to help you with your goals. She is amazing. The program material access duration is unlimited but the Interaction with Coaches and help is limited to 6 months.
