GBThe Shipper lost my order but Cap and… The Shipper lost my order but Cap and Gown Direct went out of their way to correct the mistakes of others. they replaced my order and got it out the same day with another shipper. I was on a time crunch so I gladly agreed to pay the difference in order to expedite shipping with another shipping company.

GBThe purple tam is lovely but its too… The purple tam is lovely but its too small for my big fat head. I can rework it and make it functional but I was hoping once again that one size (with velcro) truly does fit all, and it would work when received.
