My overall experience with… My overall experience with KillCliff.com was mediocre. It was nothing out of the ordinary compared to other sites, and there was nothing extraordinary about the service. The website is average, so navigating it was simple. There was your standard range of products, however, I wouldn't say they had particularly unique or specialised items. It was just avarage. The customer service was okay, but nothing remarkable, and in the end i received all the necesary informtion. An ok experience, but not one I'd be rushing to recommend, unless someone was specifically looking for something avarage.

Packaging Problem.. This service and product are both exceptional. I received my order so quickly I was surprised. The only complaint I have is that one entire box of drinks had gotten damaged and leaked out before it got to me. So, to me, that depreciated the value a bit. Paying that kind of money as a consumer I would expect to get my moneys worth. It may not hurt to look at better packaging, especially for fragile product. However, it was a simple accident and as they say, "things happen!" Excellent product. Excellent service.

Love it I work 12-14 hours shifts. I found this to be great as a mid shift pick-me-up as well as a great recovery drink after a long workout. Taste is similar to a flavored, sparkling water. I didn’t have any bad side effects, no heart palpitations or crash. One thing I will say is I wouldn’t recommend drinking it after a late workout or 5 hours before bedtime. I might just be more sensitive than others though. Great product!

I have been using the product for about … I have been using the product for about three years now and love the product. Customer service is great as well. I had to update my info. and the website was going through some maintenance so I called Kill Cliff directly. Spoke with a gentleman in customer service, extremely nice and helpful. He took care of my issue right then and now I am expecting my order to ship out right away!

We have had some issues with expired cases... We have had some issues with expired cases being sent to us. Some cases expire 4-7 weeks from the day of delivery, we are a new gym (only 1 year old) and normally plan to place orders that will last between 3 and 4 months normally to catch a deal or limit the frequency of ordering. Our Rep Joe Assencoa has always been awesome about rectifying the mistake, and sends replacement cases. I just wanted to say thank you for this awesome customer service.
