GBThe website was terribly hard to use The website was terribly hard to use. I eventually was able to create a premium account but it kept telling me to upgrade, even though I was at the highest. The website has some bugs that need to be fixed, it was frustrating to use.

GBI really enjoy the landscape and the… I really enjoy the landscape and the immense amount of courses available. The labs especially make the difference and for someone who is about 6 months into my self taught IT journey, the video course are best classroom style teaching i could find that was well worth the money.
Extremely Irritated
GBPayment system doesn't work Payment system doesn't work. Every month my account is inaccessible because they seem to have lost the ability to take in money. When you try to pay manually the transition just stalls. This has been going on for months and it takes forever for someone to get back to you so that you can resume your training. Once is irritating. Twice is frustrating. Every single month, with no solution and no explanation is infuriating. If you like being down for a few days every month before you can resume your coursework, this is the one you want.

GBThe whole ItPro.tv team are amazing and… The whole ItPro.tv team are amazing and wonderful to watch. I have really enjoyed all of the episodes I have encountered so far and every time I finish a episode, I'm always find myself looking forward to watch the next one. I appreciate all the work you guys have put forward to making this wonderful experience for someone who wants to get into the IT field.

GBThey are horrible They are horrible, I got a subscription with them for two months, when I decided to cancel it. They started charging me twice a month for the same subscription that I have canceled I tried to call them and message them but no answers, this has been goi v on for the last 4 mo the all I can do is file a disputed with my bank. Chase finally said they will Look at blocking itprotv from charging me
