Rude, unhelpful customer service The meals were ok but no real flavor just bland. Customer service however was horrible! While on hold they tell you (over and over) how their friendly helpful customer service staff will resolve any issues you're having but the condescending girl who took my call was neither. She was curt and rude and said things like "maybe you should read the terms again" and "if you ever use another meal company pay attention to the terms". I use multiple meal delivery services and have never had anyone be rude when I've called.

Diabetic meals found here seem to treat diabetes well (not a medical claim) I took the diabetic meal plan had my brother eat it. His fasting blood sugars are always high. Twice in a row when he had the meal for dinner he literally had normal glucose readings (80s-90s) the next morning. It seems that the diabetic meals are very well formulated that they can treat diabetes in someone who has uncontrolled diabetes for over 20 years. This is not a medical claim. This is an observation. It may seem expensive to buy delivered meals like this, but when you consider all parts of the equation (time, buying the food, gas money, cooking, etc)...it's actually worth it.

Emily is Great!! Emily in particular is always very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great too. The FedEx office occasionally delivers a day late but when we call it in Emily remembers us and takes care of it right away in a very professional and friendly way.

Professional and personal attention Professional and personal attention. This plan actually works!! The meals are excellent. The flexibility of choosing your meals is outstanding. There is no reason to repeat types of meals unless you get hooked on a particular meal. The food is fresh. Cannot say enough about a diet with pancakes, potatoes, fish, poultry, beef, etc. What I also like is that you keep track of your weight goals. You can stop subscription at any time without any hassles.

I was truly impressed by the courteous, knowledgable and professional service I received from the two agents that helped me. Good service deserves acknowledgment.
