Test It took me a while to get in and actually take the test because I kept having a problem with my Internet and then my camera went down once I got into it though I had no problems

Website and Customer Service was very helpful The help I received from customer service rep when I had an issue. Customer service rep went above and beyond to get my concerns resolved.

dont waste your time I spoke with a representative to advise what i was needing - he said i needed to prepay which i did and that he would set up a portal to implement my training for lock out tag out for 20 people. I have paid and i have not heard one thing about the training for my people.

Easy to use and well managed Easy to use and well managed. Didn't care for the time constraint which wasforced to the 30 hrs even though I finished reviewing all the required literature and sessions quizes a little earlier, But it required me to re-review areas simply to meet the 30hr minimum requirement. Other than that all else was excellent and clear to understand.
