DEGreat Support in Booking Process They were so helpful during the entire booking process and made me feel even more secure about my decision to stay with them! The studio category I wanted was booked out and they reserved a studio for me as soon as it became available again and supported with all of my many questions! I’m looking forward to staying at Nido :)

NLNido is the GOAT I discovered Nido through the Uni newsletter and I immediately fell in love with the place. However, what really convinced me to book a room is the AMAZING client service I received. Not only did they reply to every one of my emails in a record-short time but their answers were every time useful, polite and just really sweet. 12/10, I would recommend to all students !!

NOStay away from Nido Living! Nido Living took over administration over the apartment building that we are renting in October 2023. We had many issues before they took over. But the last company atleast answered and Communicated with us. But since Nido took over, its been impossible to get in touch with them. It took them over 3months to answer an email. Very unprofesional from a big company. They dont pick up the phone either. We had heating problem, our heat in the apartment didnt work properly. Have in mind that this has been a very cold november and desember in Denmark. And our apartment have not been the only one with these issues. We have a facebook group, and 80% of the tenants have this problems. And nobody can get in touch with Nido. Are you considering renting apartment from Nido Living, expect this kind of service from them. Stay Away!
Nido Bryggen Poor Service
AUNido Bryggen I'll update this review after my deposit has been returned. Its taken 10 weeks but yet to receive it. Aside from the deposit experience. It's actually a nice place in a good location across the road from the South campus of the University of Copenhagen. The city centre is a 10 minute bike ride. The furnishings and facilities are good. The all concrete flooring, walls etc... keeps the unit warm through winter without any need for heating. Its clean and welcoming. Not sure if delays in deposit refunds is a Danish custom or just a Nido inefficiency. But it sure is annoying.

CLWorst place to stay as an student It is the worst place to stay as student. They don't have anything needed for kitchen and beeding. They charge you crazy amounts whenever they want, their contracts doesn't say anything about the cancelation process and there is one girl called Michelle whom is very rude to customers and doesn't explain anything properly, if you don't understand her, she screams at you and scold you. I came to Ireland and hate it because of Nido, now that I moved I am able to star enjoying it.
