Sherpa Prep was recommended to me by fellow co-workers and I am glad I decided to commit to the prep course rather than embarking on a self-study plan. Nafeez Insight into the course: This course is divided into two phases. Phase one involves classes and hw assignments. Phase two involves a structured self-study program guided by your instructor. Office hours are also provided on a weekly basis. In addition to the GMAT prep course, sherpa also provides MBA admissions services. Sherpa is the total package.

Nafeez and his team are absolute legends, they really take an interest in each student's success, and will help you across the finish line regardless of how much you're struggling. You can take the class a 2nd time free of charge, continue to attend office hours after your class ends, and offer 1-1 tutoring for a fraction of the cost of competitors. They truly embody the non-profit ideology and I can't say enough about Nafeez for everything he does to see others succeed.

I'm so lucky to have found Sherpa Prep! I started my experience with Sherpa in their virtual GRE prep course, led by Jay, and ended it with MBA admissions consulting with Nafeez. And I can say with confidence that I would NOT have gotten my spot at a top MBA program if not for them. I came to them with a low GRE score and minimal confidence about my ability to get into business school, period. The extreme care and thoughtfulness that they put into every aspect of their business was evident from the start, and I was blown away by the quality of instruction from Jay. He was honest, excellent at reading the room during classes, and explained how to master each question type on the GRE in a way that was easy to understand. He is also a super nice guy who genuinely cares about the success of his students, and will put in the extra time to make sure you're getting the most out of the class that you can. As for Nafeez, it was an absolute pleasure working with him from start to finish. He is extremely charismatic, an expert at what he does, and made himself 100% available to me, even when I asked him to review essay drafts with somewhat last minute notice. I came to Nafeez with no idea how to articulate my "why" for business school, and no clear sense of how to build a compelling narrative for admissions teams. He provided just the right amount of guidance to get my narrative where it needed to be, answered every last question I had, and helped me take my essays from "good" to "exceptional". And once again, he is such a joy to work with! One thing that I think really sets Sherpa apart is their commitment to doing the right thing by their students. They genuinely care about your success, do not charge as much as other similar services, and they are honest every step of the way about what help you actually need. They are interested in succeeding as teachers and making themselves accessible to everyone. I cannot recommend them enough, and will forever be grateful for their help!

The strategies and teaching methods are extremely valuable compared to anything you can find that is almost twice as expensive. On top of all of the helpful instruction to destroy the GMAT, Nafeez provides a lot of great insight into the MBA process and also life in general. One of my favorite parts about Sherpa and how much Nafeez and co really care about students and truly live out the "Smart with Heart" mission
