Great videos and note sheets for pharmacology, pathophysiology, fundamentals, medical-surgical, and more. This is a great value. They over-deliver, and I'm only two semesters in with lots more information available to reference.

The only thing I was a bit sad about was that my 7-day membership was supposed to expire at 1:30 pm the last day I had it and it kicked me out way before that time.
