I ordered UMF15+ Manuka Infused 1000mg… I ordered UMF15+ Manuka Infused 1000mg CBD Cream from Bespoke Extracts, order number 1432. They sent me a bottle of Manuka Honey CBD OIL (33mg). The packing slip had the correct name of the product that I ordered, but the wrong product in the box. Also, the bottle didn't even fit in the Bespoke box. The bulb of the oil stuck out so they couldn't close the lid of the Bespoke box. I called them on 08/13/2021 and no response. Also, I complained on the website "contact us" and it asked if I was a robot and went through pictures for me to check that were buses, then fire hydrants, then other things, on and on. But they captured my email and phone # first, then wouldn't let me continue. I will contact Visa about them

Extremely frustrated with this company Extremely frustrated with this company. I had been ordering CBD through a subscription, actually enjoyed the product. However I was charged for my next CBD purchase, and it never shipped. After 3 emails and 4 phone calls leaving voicemails, I have heard no response from the company. Very disappointed. Would like my money back for the CBD I never received. Will not be purchasing again, there's a million similar CBD products out there and I would much rather deal with a more responsible company.
