Whitney is Everything! Whitney! I took the course two times and the first instructor was totally decent, but the second time I got Whitney and she was PHENOMENAL. She is literally solid gold GMAT tutoring. Honestly, she made every event fun, really gave you a sense that she CARED about you, and really seemed to be enjoying herself! Plus, it was a bonus that she was featured in the video lessons, including the hilarious ones with puppets! It really gave me confidence that she knew what she was doing from experience and had clearly invested a lot into this job. I raised my GMAT score by about 40% (from a 480 to a 860) and got accepted into my chosen university. Hurray!

10+ stars for John Cho I did GRE private tutoring with John Cho and highly recommend him. John was an incredibly thoughtful and creative instructor and made every minute of our tutorials count. His sessions were well structured. We covered all content and strategy areas but he also offered helpful feedback on the ones I should prioritize based on his assessment of my strengths and weaknesses. I hit a wall in my studies about halfway through and struggled to maintain confidence that I could reach my test goals and more specifically, improve my quant score. John was really supportive in a genuine way. He helped me reframe my thinking around my studies and adopt a new approach that worked better. I got V164/Q168 (this hugely exceeded my Q164 goal).

I had an excellent experience with my… I had an excellent experience with my LSAT prep course, taught by Scott Miller. He was honest, practical, fun, and helpful. He gave me the confidence I needed and the support that helped me on the most challenging aspects of the test. My LSAT score improved by NINE points and helped me get into my top choice law school, plus a T14 that I thought wasn’t even possible! I highly recommend this program!

Thank you Elaine! I would highly, highly recommend Elaine as a tutor for the GMAT! More than just helping me with the actual material, she almost felt like a GMAT therapist as well. I struggled a lot with my performance on the actual exam and Elaine offer many different outlets and ways to practice that ultimately helped me achieve my dream GMAT score! I really appreciated her approach to teaching- she was straightforward with my weaknesses and strengths but always empathetic and understanding when I struggled with questions. Each session we had together, was incredibly helpful and always pushed me to tackle harder and harder questions. Elaine is the best, and I would highly recommend her!

MARK SULLIVAN IS AMAZING MARK SULLIVAN IS AMAZING - take his class!! The GMAT is daunting, and I didn't know where to start studying. Thankfully I stumbled upon this Manhattan Prep course and decided I might as well invest in something this important. Luckily, Mark was extremely well prepared, easygoing, and fed us exactly what we needed to know in order to ace every section. We worked through problems in class and strategies for dealing with pesky data sufficiency or critical reasoning questions that I struggled with. He showed us how to analyze our practice tests to hone in on what we should revise and time strategies. I ended up with a 750 that somehow got me into Stanford GSB, and I owe it to Mark!
