Learning I came into the program thinking I wouldn't need much help. I went to a target school, knew (thought I knew) the technicals needed for the interviews, and was confident I would be able to land at a top firm. The program exposed me to all the variables that go into the recruitment process that people don't talk about. People talk about networking, but the program showed me how to network 10x more effectively. It helped me gain confidence through mock interviews. It also helped me by giving me a network of hundreds of students who were either going through or had gone through the same process I was. This allowed me to have any questions I have answered instantly and continue to improve as a Candidate.

Onboarding call with Coach Kristin Kristen was incredible. She was not only extremely helpful, but very encouraging. I shared with her how I’ve been a bit discouraged and definitely worried about the process, but she really reaffirmed that really buying into the program and putting in hard work will inevitably land me in a great place. She gave a comprehensive rundown of the program and provided some helpful hints to success.

Best program ever!! I came to Sam from a very non-target school, but with an already high GPA. I knew that a good GPA wasn't enough, and with Sam's help he was able to turn me into a really well rounded candidate until I landed a top offer before most target school students. I was definitely confident in myself going into the process, but WSMM taught me the things I didn't even think to look for along with non-stop guidance and support. There's no way I would have made it here without it - HIGHLY recommend!!

WSMM Great Experience It’s a really great program that makes breaking into IB a lot easier. Sam and his team are really knowledgeable and have created a great platform to help all of their students and they really do hold you accountable for making sure you’re doing all of the right things. If you’re on the fence, I’d highly suggest doing it - it’s worth your investment.

WSMM sets you up for success I can't emphasize enough the resources this program provides. IB recruiting can be really challenging, knowing timelines, job openings etc...and having the kind of community WSMM provides and the guidance from Sam is incomparable to anything I've found. From networking to behavioral to technicals, WSMM gives you all the resources to succeed...but you have to put in a lot of work and want to break into banking to see results. Sam is there to help you and he is a great mentor. I've received some of the best guidance and advice.
