WSMM sets you up for success I can't emphasize enough the resources this program provides. IB recruiting can be really challenging, knowing timelines, job openings etc...and having the kind of community WSMM provides and the guidance from Sam is incomparable to anything I've found. From networking to behavioral to technicals, WSMM gives you all the resources to succeed...but you have to put in a lot of work and want to break into banking to see results. Sam is there to help you and he is a great mentor. I've received some of the best guidance and advice.

Best program ever!! I came to Sam from a very non-target school, but with an already high GPA. I knew that a good GPA wasn't enough, and with Sam's help he was able to turn me into a really well rounded candidate until I landed a top offer before most target school students. I was definitely confident in myself going into the process, but WSMM taught me the things I didn't even think to look for along with non-stop guidance and support.
