Steph saw the light in me and believed in me The Yoga Alliance was recommended to me by a Yoga/Pilaties studio owner who encouraged me to get my Yoga License during Covid. With this recommendation I enrolled, met Steph and her cast of educators and Yogis online on the modules. They are all vibrant, engaging, and well versed on their content. The class was so well rounded, there were so many great modules I will go back to for reference for many years to come. I feel like I have the tools and the creative freedom to build my Yoga Journey the way I envision it. I may be the creative force behind what I do, they equipped me with the tools. My biggest lesson during this process: I had several set backs and completing this process took me much longer than expected. I put finishing this program on my 2023 vision board (my kids and husband saw it there), and I did it right before 2024! Steph believed in me, and that was the voice that sparked my movement in the right direction...forward. I am so happy she saw the light in me, I will forever be grateful! My experience with the online yoga… My experience with the online yoga school surpassed my expectations. i loved learning in depth not only about the practical parts of the asanas, but also loved hearing Steph talk about the philosophy and origins of yoga. Steph leads with light and exudes enthusiasm about her passion to teach. Steph guides us thoroughly with the aid of her amazing staff! almost immediate response time for questions and support all along the way! Highly recommend this 300hr YTT The 300hr Yoga Teacher Training led by Steph was excellent. As a Yoga Studio Owner with a budding yoga community, I am always working to bring added value to my studio's offerings. The content was exactly what I needed to round out my yoga education. Steph's teaching style (along with her guest teachers) was so efficient and clear which was imperative to the online format.
