And this class is really helpful. I don't feel talked down to, nor is the material beyond me. The guided exercises with backing tracks make it more interesting, and the songs to upload for feedback at the end of each section range from easy to challenging, so I can pick what I like.

If you have stalled, give this a try! I learned to play guitar 20+ yrs ago, but never kept with it since I only took lessons for about a year. I came across Pickup Music from an Instagram ad and that shouldn't steer you away. The lessons are easy bite-size chunks that won't wear you down or bore you. They keep it fast paced which helps me get formal practice in before I play songs of my own choosing.
