An excellent experience Kaushik was extremely enthusiastic, genuine, and insightful. His blend of power-point slides, interactive exercises, and Q&A make the session engaging and memorable. He keeps it real and doesn't sugarcoat anything, which actually helps you improve and understand where you are vs where you need to be. My only wish is that I had attended a session earlier in my recruiting timeline!

A valuable network I went to Columbia and now at GS. I went to some sessions co-hosted with our finance club / independent sessions. Elevate is a very well thought-out platform and brings tremendous value to our career development. The founder Kaushik is very hands on and deeply understands the challenges students / young professional are facing at the current stage of our career. Very excited to see what future holds for Elevate!

Columbia Elevate Event I attended the recent Columbia Elevate Event and it was extremely helpful. Kaushik gave us great insight and guidance for breaking into finance and for our careers as a whole.

Robert Donnelly (UNC Kenan-Flagler) - JPM x Elevate IB Event My name is Robert Donnelly and I am a current sophomore at Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I very much enjoyed today's JP Morgan x Elevate Investment Session and gained vast insights about the day-to-day at JPM as well as the application process. The speakers were very helpful and answered all questions in great detail.

The information was a little basic, but I also worked in PE, so it was pretty accessible for most folks. I think the most important part was that he was seemed very open and thoughtful....
