Another successful event, with one recommendation It was another successful event. There is one improvement I would recommend. When the Spanish speaking team is on stage, we should have their speech translated (closed caption) on the video screens so that we all can enjoy and benefit from the information.. We can have an English translation too.

Everything worthwhile is uphill "Learn, Live and Lead" the content, and there is sufficient content on the online platform to groom you through your journey of "personal development". Everything worthwhile is uphill. It's not easy, but it's worth it. The new branding is also now taking us a notch higher as it incorporates other Maxwell companies. Is there any better than Maxwell Leadership? I have not seen it. This is a great programme.

JMT Review Well organized with excellent presentations. Still a great deal of “up sell” on mentorship but I get it. The experience was greater than my expectations. Would have liked to had more time with a John. One disappointment was the photo opportunity with John and the team. It’s one thing to charge for a photo, I understand logistically it makes some sense. I felt $75 for a photo was over the top. Overall I loved the event and look forward to tremendous growth and implementation of the materials. Thank you.

Fellowship with Leaders of Excellence Though I’ve been coaching leaders for a few years already, I’m finding the JMT to be highly knowledgeable and lead with servants hearts. The support I receive related to the REAL WORK of helping people to grow, is second to none. I can also learn from others’ experiences as well.

1000% better than I could have ever imagined! I'm convinced that JMT is the best association I've ever made in my life (next to my faith in Jesus) - I only joined six months ago and came back from the March IMC but I already feel I've added so much value and meaning into my life which I've never experienced from certainly any employer or any of the average associations I've had in my life! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me with JNA DNA running through my veins now! As Paul Martinelli would say, "Risk ain't real!" :)
