This mentorship is so much more... This mentorship is so much more than just any other mentorship. Pace has the most giving Community. Our community is life changing. I am doing deals with other students and receiving referrals from others all because of this group. Pace teaches so much more than subto Real Estate. He is teaching us how to buy businesses with Zero down, how to do creative lending and skills surrounding infinite banking. This community is so much more than I ever dreamed of or expected. Best community and mentorship ever. Pace is a true go-giver in every sense of the way.

Hello Hello, I never received an onboarding directive with anyone and I therefore feel lost in this program. Also it would be nice to be directed to a team I can join as Pace is always recommending joining a team.

Joining Subto has been amazing… Joining Subto has been an amazing experience. The community members treat each other like family and are always seeking ways to help each other out. OMG! PACE AND SUBTO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! OMG! Where do I start? Well, I've been a member of this mentorship/community for just over 5 months. In that time, I have made not just my initial investment back, but much, much more than that. Pace is amazing with the information that he makes available. It is never ending. Pace goes above and beyond to help all subto students and has created this community that has everything you need in order to succeed in real estate.
