I have been in subto for a little over… I have been in subto for a little over a year and it has been the best decision I've made to join this amazing community. Pace goes above and beyond to help all subto students and has created this community that has everything you need in order to succeed in real estate. I just bought my first rental property and are currently doing 5 deals a month and couldn't be any happier.

I am doing deals with other students and receiving referrals from others all because of this group. Pace teaches so much more than subto Real Estate. Im just starting out and I see the… Im just starting out and I see the tremendous value pace is offering in SUBTO. There are people to help you on every step and you never feel like you've gotta figure it out on your own. One obviously has to put in the work. If they do, then that paired with the resources in the subto program makes for a deadly combination. I'm looking forward to continue to grow and eventually help others grow as well.
