Great experience They got my STEM kid to brainstorm ideas and express himself in a meaningful way in his essay. The outcome was something that he truly wrote and let the schools know who he was as a person and student. He was skeptical but actually enjoyed the process. Got into his top choice.

Great experience with the Prompt service! Great experience for my son and definitely worth the investment! My son's writing coach, Lillian, was absolutely amazing and helped him organize and outline his thoughts in preparation for the essays. He felt very comfortable meeting with her and bouncing ideas off of her. The process and tools that the Prompt team has created made it easy for my son to chunk things up into manageable pieces, stay on task, and get timely feedback from his writing coach. My son had previously been getting essay feedback from his school counselors, but he commented numerous times on how much better things were with Prompt. The best part was that I didn't have to nag or be involved much at all. Ultimately, he completed his essays in time to apply Early Action to all of his colleges and was accepted to all of his top choices. He ended up with a completely full ride to one of his schools and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!

Prompt exceeded my expectations Prompt exceeded my expectations with regards to college application essay help. I knew we were signing up for essay help, but I didn't realize that the coach would also help with the activities lists and short-answer questions too. The coach even helped with the extra scholarship essays too for the schools in my package. Our coach was very quick to respond with quality feedback, and not just grammar corrections. Some of my son's essays went through 7 or more revisions. The essays turned out much better than they would have with just me giving him guidance. Worth every penny! My son ended up getting a full tuition scholarship and a science fellowship to one of his top choice universities. Highly recommend Prompt… Our son worked with a Prompt tutor on his Common App essay as well as all of his supplemental college essays. He was accepted to his first choice college and he thinks Prompt’s help was a major factor in his acceptance! The tutor was professional, quick to respond, detailed in her suggestions, and made the entire process easy for our son. Worth it! My husband heard about Prompt on our local public radio station, after looking into it a bit more we decided it was perfect to help our son organize his applications and write the essays. The process provided multiple places to reflect and generate ideas. The actual essay coaching was superb. Rebecca provided very thoughtful and precise feedback. The 3 school and common app package was a lot of work, including all the school specific essays. It helped to have someone besides a parent involved in the process. In the end it was worth it, he will be attending his 1st choice school in the fall, MIT!
