Possibly get an app? So to start with, I was sooo excited to start this program. The cost in CAD was more then I wanted to pay but I’m hoping it was worth it. The feedback you guys give is great but I find the modules hard to follow sometimes and at first I was confused on how to get items from the modules to print out. One thing I would suggest to add or change would be to build an app specifically for this with messaging capabilities. This way guys don’t need to use Facebook or messenger and possibly slip or relapse as there could be tempting content on their Facebook. The program says to avoid social media, yet we need to use it to complete many obstacles throughout the program. Just my 2 cents

Hard work pays off I have been stuck in what feels like a relentless loop of misery and have always been hoping for a solution. I always expected it to be one thing or maybe one breakthrough moment that would break this addiction. Don't expect for that to work. This program enables you to have the ability to properly implement successful strategies and skills, layered over time, to create healthy habits to overcome the affects of having an addiction. That may sound simple, but it is profound. This will require hard work and effort on our part, but by far the decision to join this program was the best decision I've made to date.

One of the smartest decisions I've ever made Joining the implementation Program is one the smartest and most important decisions I've ever made. I've been able to gain control over my compulsive behavior and I'm not done yet. My final goal is to change my life and the tools of the program help me do just that every single day. Elevate Recovery is more than just gaining control over your compulsive behavior; it's about becoming a new man.

Sustains and Improves Sustains: Active moderators in the FB group that hold guys accountable. Great climate of support. Trickles in module releases. Live sessions. Tools are practical, quick to use, and effective when done correctly. Improves: Please do live sessions on weekdays at later times in the day CTD. Almost always at work, and I'm sure other men feel the same.

very happy. this program is exceptional in its structure, intention, and delivery - I have been looking for this for a while. the program has been excellent so far. For someone like me, who doesn't necessarily fit the mold of a 12-step based approach to addiction, its perfect. I have also struggled to find addiction programs specific to the needs of pornography addiction. The only knock I have on the program really is that it is 100% online. I also found it a bit difficult to wrap my head around the process initially -
