I can say the course was really… I can say the course was really powerful where it goes to the core not just surface and it really is probably the most easiest way to change our habits automatically to get our dreams and goals faster and seamlessly. I can't address more but it's rather the perfect thing I needed to be happy and achieve my goals easier and faster. However it needs a real implementation and actions and tenacity to see the results automatically. I did see it when all of sudden I was so determined to cut on my weight and it has been for years at last I get it, it's not because I was lazy but it was a memory that blocked me from getting slim and toned down. It was my mum's who said I better not be slimming down, accidentally it was because of my body don't want to hurt my mum which is going against her will if I slim down my body .
