I used Arno’s services in late 2021 I used Arno’s services in late 2021. At the time, Arno had a policy of guaranteeing results after using his services. All instructions were followed, yet when his resume did not result in any interviews and I requested a refund he stopped responding to me. The refund was requested in May of 2022 after much time had been put into trying to make Arno’s resume work. Above all else, it is not acceptable to arbitrarily decide to not uphold a policy when it doesn’t benefit you. That is unethical and poor business practice. Zero stars.
