Having been in a variety of different industries, never have I experienced a company that puts people above all else. They have a great work environment and willing to do what they need to to have their employees succeed. I have never felt alone and feel like I’m making a difference in the community.

They make sure their employees get paid well, have tons of support, and are being treated well. There is many opportunities for growth as well. I am a Program Lead and I have never had employers who were so caring, supportive, and want the best for their employees. Working for them is a breath of fresh air compared to other employers who are bosses and not leaders. On top of everything, WorkED also cares for the the children we work with by telling us that connections with the students is one of the most important parts of our work. That, along with the fun curriculum they provide for us to present to the students shows how much they truly care for the students. Overall, this company truly is fantastic.

By giving students the ability to learn things they might not necessarily learn in school in an environment that is safe and engaging, workED goes above and beyond. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the content is interesting, and the experience overall leaves little to be desired.
