My resume had stayed the same format for the last 15 years as I just tacked on new information every so often or as I changed companies. I am very pleased with the outcome of my resume. I'm not currently in the market looking for new opportunities, but if I were, I'd be confident the new resume would have me in a better position to land interviews. Matt and his team were great.
