The Critical Thinking Child Boot Camp The Critical Thinking Child Boot Camp class was an overall great experience for our family. Our daughter learned how to problem solve, extend patterns, and use critical thinking skills to enhance her already advanced reasoning. In addition, we parents learned strategies to use with her to help advance her reading, math, and critical thinking skills not only while actually doing the "homework" for class but also while participating in every day activities. She looked forward to (what she liked to call) her "Brain Games" class every week! Sidenote: She was accepted into our top choice CPS Regional Gifted Center program (even living in Tier 4!), and I'm sure part of it had to do with what we learned from The Critical Thinking Child Boot Camp. Excellent assessment experience! We had a wonderful experience at our assessment with Lemi! I feel so much clearer on exactly what skills my daughter already has, what she can work on and how we can work together to target those areas. My child really enjoyed the whole thing and told me she is looking forward to more.

The Positive Progress The positive progress my son is experiencing is Awesome. My son is defiantly learning and gaining more confidence each session which is very important to me. The techniques he is learning helps him tremendously in completing his school work. I love the progress and look forward to the sessions that brings him closer to our goal. Thank you Team.

Critical Thinking Skills are life skills I put my son here because critical thinking to me is an important life skill. Unfortunately, not all schools focus on critical thinking skills. I also pay attention to my son's brain development. I read neuroscience books in my free time to help understand myself and my children. Decision making involves different areas of the brain. I choose enrichment programs for my son that I feel will develop these parts of the brain that will influence him to make important decisions as an adult. I am happy to be in Chicago because of this organization. I have recommended the online version to my friends in other states. The Critical Thinking Child is truly a Chicago gem so I tell everyone about it.

You Definitely Get What You Pay For I was researching test prep programs and came across The Critical Thinking Child. I began researching the program and talking to other moms that were in search of something like this as well. I am SO GRATEFUL for the instructional design and care Ms. Lemi and her staff poured into my daughter who is very soft spoken and suffers with anxiety at a young age. We went weekly and I immediately began seeing a boost in her knowledge base and her confidence. I would highly recommend to any parent that wants their child to get that extra boost. My daughter tested for a selected enrollment test and received amazing scores and a seat at our 1st choice school.
