Beware of expiration date of your "plan." My plan expired after having had it for a year. Was never told up front that there was an "expiration" date so I lost over $300.00 in group and private lessons. Was told that this is the same policy as Italk and other similar online programs. I told them that I was not paying for the services of other online similar programs but spending money with their company. I was then told to read the small print...there wasn't any. I contacted my credit card company and they finally resolved the matter.

Your path to success Even though I am retired, live in a remote area, and have never studied a second language before, I have make steady progress in achieving my goal of being bilingual since joining StartSpanish. I highly recommend it to anyone who seriously wants to really learn Spanish. By taking advantage of all that StartSpanish has to offer and making a concerted effort, anyone can make amazing advances by participating in this awesome program. It is addicting and so much fun that I hate to miss a day.

Great way to practice daily. StartSpanish was awesome for me. I live in an area where talking to native speakers is not very easy to do. StartSpanish is a great way to get daily speaking practice and is really economical compared to traditional Skype style lessons. I learned a ton of spanish and enjoyed the interaction with both the teachers and the students.

Good value and classes Really enjoyed the class and learned a lot in a short-period of time. I think the platform is easy to use and my teachers were very helpful and personable. For me I don't really have the dedication for an online class so I ended up not renewing but I can see this being a great solutions for others who are a bit more disciplined. My only other critique is that at times I felt the class moved too slowly but that is probably a good thing for new learners.
