An amazing mentor and a wonderful friend Melissa is an amazing guide who will not only help you with application material professionally but also get to know your objectives personally. She is an amazing mentor whom you want to work with on a long-term. I am at an early stage in my career so she helped me with gaining confidence in my career aspect of life.

I was referred to PM success by a colleague and after my first two sessions with Melissa I felt so much clearer on my next steps. She does a good job with looking at the bigger picture and helping you see your experience in a different light. I was underselling my skills and she outlined everything in my resume more clearly and made it so that my experience sounded more professional and detailed. She also gives you a lot of tips and tricks that help with job searching and interviewing. It’s good working with someone whose an actual project manager.
